About The Role
Reporting to the Group Director, the Commission Manager will be responsible for the service delivery to various clients within a framework contract as well as leading a team in the delivery of services.
The objective of the Commission Manager position is to build client relationships within a framework contract, manage a team delivering client services to satisfy clients expectations, identify innovations and improvements in service delivery, provide team direction and focus, develop team competence to enable them to meet changing business goals, meet financial objectives and proactively seek new business opportunities through the management of the frameworks
About You
At this level you should be able to successfully demonstrate a high level of competence managing a multidisciplinary team in delivery of property management services.
In addition, you should have an extensive level of experience in providing professional property services including delivery of a varying number of projects of various value, procurement and client type.
Professional membership of an appropriate project management, building or services related institution with clear evidence of continued professional development is also required.
This is a senior role within the management team and therefore management and leadership skills will be an essential requirement. A good track record or demonstrable experience of managing a team of professional staff is required.
