Our Client base includes: National Governments, Local Authorities, Contractors and Founders, many of whom have their own procurement guidelines.
About the Role
We require a Design Technician/Engineer to utilise their design skills using MX, to transfer to and prepare the associated 2-D and 3-D models in AutoCAD, for the Highways team in Birmingham.
About You
You will be experienced in both greenfield and widening scenarios. You will have in depth knowledge of 3-D modelling using MX with associated support knowledge of AutoCAD. You will also have the ability to use other software packages including WinDes, AutoTrack and AutoSIGN (or equivalent). You will have a sound understanding of DMRB in relation to geometry, drainage and departures. You will also be a good team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to the work place.
